- Cancellation refunds are provided when WRITTEN NOTICE is received
by the camp office three weeks prior to the starting date of the camp.
- It will be easier to issue refunds by check rather than by credit card. Paypal registrations may possibly be credited if the money has not been deposited with Washington University.
- Cancellation with less than three weeks WRITTEN NOTICE are refunded
fifty percent of the camp enrollment fee minus the $35 administration
fee.
- All cancellations are charged a $35 fee.
