DAY AND SPECIALTY CAMP STAFF

Our enthusiastic staff is the key to our outstanding camps. They have the "coaches eye" developed through playing and coaching experience, extensive knowledge of the game, and excellent demonstration/communication skills. We have chosen many coaches that are also professional educators. We believe patience and commitment to youth are vital to a quality staff. Past staff members have included the following individuals and many will return in 2010.

  • Phil Cotta: boys coach, Kirkwood High School
  • Chris Kenny: Fourteen years professional soccer player, assistant coach at Lafayette High School, high school teacher
  • Joe Morgan: Coach at Chaminade and Ursuline High Schools, high school teacher
  • Jim Conlon : Head Coach, Washington University women's team
  • Shawn McAnteer: Asst. coach, Marquette HS
  • Shane Battelle:  Former Professional player and high school coach
  • Mike Gauvain Coach at Chaminade High School, high school teacher
  • Tom Brannan Asst Coach, Harris Stowe women's team, high school teacher
  • Tim Strange Coach McKendree College
  • Rick Rone Women's soccer coach at Harris Stowe State College, primary education teacher
  • Dave Davis Assistant soccer coach at Parkway South High School, primary education teacher
  • Bob O'Connell:  former graduate Asst. Coach; St Louis University, freshman coach, St Louis University High School
  • John Theobald:  head coach Parkway Central HS
  • Brian Hoener:  Head Coach Fontbonne College
  • Dave McCoy:  Chaminade HS youth coach

Additionally, our staff always includes other coaches that have coached professional, college, or prominent high school or club teams. Lastly, the staff will be assisted by current collegiate or professional players. Many of our past collegiate assistants have earned All-American recognition and/or gone on to professional careers.

 

SHOWCASE RESIDENTIAL CAMP STAFF

The 2010 camp staff will feature more representation from national, highly selective universities.  As we get committments they will be published.

College coaches, former professional players, and college players have always made up our camp staff.  Previous years have included coaches from Washington University, MO Science and Technology, Fontbonne University, Lindenwood College (coach now assisting at St Louis University) Harris Stowe State College, St Louis University
